Account and registration

On the stakeholder login page, tap "Forgot your password?" and enter the email address associated with your account. We send a password-reset link to your email. Click the link and follow the instructions to create a new password. The reset link is valid for one hour. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support. On mobile (Android or iPhone), you can also tap the password-reset option directly in the app.

If you notice unusual login activity, a balance change you did not authorize, or a login from a city you do not recognize (e.g. Jakarta or Surabaya when you are elsewhere), change your password immediately. Log in from a secure device, go to Account Settings, and update your password. If you cannot log in or believe your account has been compromised, contact our support team right away. We review account-access reports and restore your account to a secure state. Do not share your password or KYC documents with anyone claiming to be from stakeholder support — we never ask for this information via email or chat.

No. Each stakeholder account is tied to one legal identity and one email address. Multiple accounts from the same person violate our Terms & Conditions and may result in account closure. We detect multi-accounting during account verification and at any time during your use of our platform. If you need to switch to a different email or have lost access to your original account, contact support to help restore or migrate your information.

Payments and transactions

We accept deposits via multiple methods: QRIS, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and bank Virtual Accounts (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet). Each payment method has its own minimum and maximum limits set by the provider and our platform. mobile banking and bank transfers typically allow higher volumes, while e-wallets (local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment) have lower per-transaction caps. Log into your stakeholder account and tap Deposit to see the exact ranges and available methods for your location and account status.

If a deposit or withdrawal does not complete, your funds remain with your payment provider (online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, or online payment) — they are not lost. Check your bank or e-wallet app to confirm the transaction status. If the transaction was deducted from your account but did not reach stakeholder, we can request a reversal from your payment provider. Contact our support team and provide your transaction ID and timestamp. We investigate and typically restore your balance within one business day. If the transaction is still pending in your stakeholder account after several hours, refresh your app or log in from a different device.

You can submit a ticket, browse help articles, or start a live chat if available during business hours. We respond to support requests in English and Indonesian. For urgent payment or account issues, use the live chat option if it is active. For slower-moving questions (game rules, bonus terms), email support is also available through the help menu. Games and markets

We also list markets for MotoGP and badminton. Live scores update in real time on your mobile (Android or iOS browser). Markets open and close based on match timing — once a match begins, live betting options appear if available for that fixture. We periodically offer cashback promotions to active stakeholder users. Terms vary by promotion — some apply to all users, others to new members or specific game categories. Cashback is typically calculated as a percentage of your net loss (deposits minus winnings) over a set week, credited the following week. Exact terms, eligibility, and calculation method are posted in the Promotions section of your account or in emails from stakeholder. Read the full promotion terms before participating — some offers have minimum deposit or gameplay requirements. Security and account care

When you sign up for stakeholder, we ask for your full name, email, date of birth, and a photo of your national ID or passport. We verify this information to confirm your identity and ensure you are not on any gaming-exclusion lists. KYC typically completes within minutes, but may take up to 24 hours if our system needs additional review. Your ID photo is encrypted and stored securely — we do not share it with third parties.
